The Fast Road Edition
16 Bespoke Austin Healey Sebring Fastbacks built to your exacting standards.
Enjoy the best of both worlds, a classic car you can drive any day on any road, built uniquely for you!
The Fast Road (FR) is our interpretation of the Austin Healey Fastback that was raced by Sir Stirling Moss and Steve McQueen at Sebring. We have endeavoured to create something for those who want to enjoy the driving experience of a classic car.
The cars feature full adjustable upgraded suspension, brakes, custom seats, electronic dials and a harness bar giving a more responsive and focussed driving experience with the added safety and reliability.
We retain the essence of the car with a refurbished and rebored 1380cc Series A+ Engine, coupled to a 4 speed syncro-mesh gearbox to deliver the most exhilarating experience.
Our fast road editions are fully upholstered and offer a softer suspension set up giving the driver and companion a more relaxed environment.

01 Design Consultation
We believe your car should be as personal to you as possible. Meeting with our design team will allow you the opportunity to choose the correct interior, gearbox and colour of your choice. We have a number of packages available which include half roll cages, full roll cages, fully carpeted, roof linings through to dial colours and layout.
After the consultation you will leave with a 3d visualisation of your final build and a timeframe for completion.
02 Chassis Preparation
This is one of the most important stages of the build. We will source a suitable donor vehicle for you or begin removing all the parts from your car.
Our engineers will review the condition of your chassis and replace any panels or areas of concern using original heritage panels and parts.
Should a full or half roll cage be chosen it will be fitted at this stage.
03 Sebring FastBack Shell & Bonnet Bonding
Our engineers will pass the chassis over to our bonding team who will bond the fastback shell to the A-Pillar / B-Pillar of chassis as well as around the rear of the wheel arches.
We will also fit the fuel tank, filler neck and filler cap at this point.
The bonnet and doors will also be fitted to the car at this stage to ensure all panel gaps are correct.
04 Preparation & Final Paint
The car will no be taking shape and it is time to prepare the car for final paint.
Having chosen your final colour during the Design Consultation the appropriate final undercoat will be applied.
Following this 3 layers of final colour will be applied, blocked and polished.
05 The Build
The car will now begin its build stage as agreed with any unique inclusions from the Design Consultation.
Will will begin with suspension and axles, steering column and brakes before the engine and gearbox are installed.
Our trimming team will work on the dashboard and internal carpet and headliner if you choose them.
The car will also be fully wired and plumbed at this stage
Throughout the process we will upload video and images to your private project build area on our website.
06 Engine Running in Rolling Road Set Up
Upon completion of the build the car the engine will be broken in for 100 miles on a high zinc content oil. After this the car will be switched to a 20w50 mineral oil for the next 400 running in miles. Once 500 miles are complete the car will be switched to a 20w60 race oil.
At this point the car will pass to our tuning team who will set the timing and tune the car running on a rolling road.
A full diagnostics including BHP with performance curves will be provided as part of the handover.
07 Test Run & Handover
Upon completion of the set up we would like to invite you to Goodwood Motor Circuit for you own personal set up and hand over.
During your session our engineer will adjust the car to suit your driving style, from suspension, brake bias through to clutch and brake pedal positions.
